Pregnancy Support

Whether you are pregnant for the first time or are a seasoned pro, the experience of pregnancy and preparing for an upcoming birth, the fourth trimester and adapting to a new season of life can be daunting at the very least. Everyone is deserving of someone who is in their corner, who hears their every fear and win. 

Over the last 10 years through my experience as a midwife, mental health practitioner and mother, I have dialed in to what really matters when the vulnerability of pregnancy is upon us.

Let's spend an hour together (and maybe more if you wish), preparing your body and mind for this new life which is approaching.

What this time may be used for:

  • Exploring your birth options and preferences

  • Creating a trauma informed plan for pregnancy, birth and postnatal

  • Understanding your options as a neurodivergent person

  • Reflecting on and working through previous trauma or perinatal experiences which may be impacting your wellbeing currently 

  • Developing a toolkit for managing anxiety 

  • Support in navigating pregnancy after loss

  • Understanding the changes that your body is going through and how you can optimise these for birth

  • How to use hypnobirthing as a positive tool in labour

  • Getting your feelings out to someone who will really hear you, without judgement or dismissal

This list is not exhaustive and our time together can be spent in any way which you feel will be useful.

Investment: £90 per hour session

Location: Online video call or in your home if local to Hastings, East Sussex
