Each week, we will focus on a pregnancy related topic, do a simple breathing technique to prepare you for birth and a longer relaxation. Each session will last approximately 45 minutes and will be held via Zoom. Get blankets, candles, a hot drink, sit back and relax.
Week 1: Relaxation & Sleep in Pregnancy (7th june at 7pm)
Week 2: Fear in Pregnancy and Birth (14th june at 7pm)
Week 3: Preparing for Birth (19th june at 7pm)
Week 4: Oxytocin for Birth (28th june at 7pm)*

Reframing Birth classes are your all-in-one antenatal and hypnobirthing education, providing you with the skills and knowledge you need to have a calm, controlled and confident birth experience. However your baby is born, it CAN be a positive experience.
